My passion for Hamilton is without question – I want to help you not only discover the best home for you, but also introduce you to the different areas of the city, and what they have to offer you. The investment in purchasing a property is a big one, but the house is just one part of the equation.  My husband and I are well vested in the community, supporting local small businesses, creating connections that I hope to pass on to clients as they learn more about the community they are living in. We live in the heart of central Hamilton and have chosen to open my husband’s business here. We believe in this city and its people.

I like to think of myself as your partner in this process – walking you through the steps of buying a home whether it be your first, 2nd or 20th property. Making sure that you feel comfortable enough to ask whatever questions come to mind, and that we get answers to questions you may not even know need to be asked. This market moves quickly, so you want to be able to react just as quickly, with everything you need to make an informed decision, from someone you can trust. And I want us to have fun all the while – there is no doubt we are going to encounter stressful moments, so let’s try and enjoy as much as we can!

Selling can be just as stressful, so I take as much off your plate as I can: cleaning, staging elements, referrals to contractors and trades, professional photos and marketing, are all things you don’t need to be worrying about. We will price your property effectively to find your buyers, and I will represent your interests getting all parties to a positive result – I don’t see the offer table as a battlefield where one side has to lose for the other side to win.
